Welcome to An Outlaw's Retreat – a newly renovated two-story beach retreat offering a perfect mix of modern style and coastal charm. Located just steps from Beach Access 13, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a private in-ground pool with an option to be heated, updated interiors, and thoughtful amenities for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Whether you're gathering with family or friends, this spacious home accommodates up to 12 guests and is designed to make your beach getaway effortless and enjoyable.
Book your stay today for a relaxing family vacation or summer escape. With quick and easy booking, simply select your dates, number of guests, and receive instant confirmation. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
The home’s private in-ground pool is surrounded by a large patio with premium outdoor seating, perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a poolside meal. Pool heating is available for an additional fee Oct-May. Just next-door to the home, a high-capacity ice machine provides all the ice you’ll need – no store runs required. The first floor features an open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and cozy living space for gathering and relaxing.
Sleeping arrangements include:
GROUND FLOOR:
-Master bedroom with king bed and SMART TV
-Guest bedroom with queen bed and SMART TV
-Second guest bedroom with queen bed and SMART TV
-Full bathroom with walk-in shower
-Fully stocked kitchen and main living area with SMART TV
SECOND FLOOR:
-Loft area with two twin beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed (top bunk has a weight limit of 100 lbs)
-Private room with queen bed and SMART TV
-Additional guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo
Each bedroom and living space is equipped with SMART TVs for streaming and entertainment.
This home is also equipped with a propane grill for outdoor cooking, making it easy to enjoy dinner by the pool after a fun day at the beach. The property has on-site parking for multiple vehicles and ground-level entry for convenient access, though it is not ADA-compliant. This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and on the premises, ensuring a clean and refreshing space for all guests.
A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before your arrival and will be released 3 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways by credit card or check 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.
Please be aware that all cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date are nonrefundable.
