The house was very clean and very comfortable. The hot tub worked great and the fenced in yard was fantastic for the dog. The upper deck was a nice added bonus for watching the stars.

This is a lovely home in a nice neighborhood that's close to everything. Lots of space inside the home and out. House was super clean and the hosts very responsive.

This home provided a great getaway for our Thanksgiving in Big Bear. The neighborhood is lovely and the yard is gorgeous. Any dog would enjoy exploring the fenced in front and back yards. This property has so much to offer (game room, jacuzzi and an upper deck with a sitting area and view). My husband prefers a firmer bed than the king in the master but otherwise we had everything we could need or want. The hosts are gracious and helpful.

We loved the home. It had all the things we needed for a pleasant stay, and it was beautiful. There was one problem late on the first night that was made right by the contact person as soon as possible the next day. She worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, everything really clean. There was so much light, and several nice outdoor spaces for relaxing and enjoying the peace and pines. It was a rare trip for us as my husband is disabled and traveling is difficult. We're both glad to have stayed there.

Wonderful house. Followed online checkout list rather than subsequent text. Maybe adjust the online checkout to match the text? Anyway, the house is very well appointed. Bedding and towels were very nice. View from top of deck was lovely. If you are bringing a pet, the yard is fantastic. We have become increasingly disappointed with VRBOs, this was a real pleasure in that it was as advertised. Great trip!
