This property is located on a main road almost next to the entrance to the beach (ideal beach location) and is across the street from a Kooks coffee shop that is also a beach bar at night. Being across from Kooks was a huge win for our group.The property is two separate units with one outdoor hangout area. The units themselves are very small. The bathrooms are on the ground level and both bedrooms are up a very narrow, steep, spiral staircase. If you are a larger human, a child, or anyone older with a hard time navigating stairs this is absolutely not the rental for you. The floors had some dog fur, but otherwise the condo was clean. The outdoor hangout area was a nice addition to the space. We rented this for a girls weekend. Although the location was amazing, I would likely not rent this again solely because of the steep staircase and the bathroom being on a different floor than the bedrooms.
