Available starting 4/17/2025. Great view of South Palm Springs. Palm Springs Golf & Tennis Club. This upstairs condo is light, bright an offers a nice size private patio with views to the pool, golf course and mountains. A very relaxing space to enjoy the wonderful desert mornings and evenings. It is a spacious studio with a cozy private bedroom. Well maintained condo with open kitchen area laminate floors, nice size bathroom, Washer/Dryer in unit. Property features 3 pools, 4 spas, 4 tennis courts (2 with night lighting) and beautiful manicured grounds. Just a short walk to the adjacent Tahquitz Creek public golf course. All this and close to hiking trails, Trader Joes, Starbucks, restaurants. Now it's time to come and enjoy the resort lifestyle.
