About this property

Stunning 2-bedroom bungalow with a million dollar ocean view and infinity pool

This recently built 2 bedroom house is located at the very top of Maderas hill, with an incredible view of the wave and the famous "Shark Fin Rock". It's got everything you'll need. Hot water, AC, wifi, exterior security cameras, pool, lounge chairs and more. Both bedrooms and living room have the exact same view, so you won't need to fight over which room to choose. Super secluded and safe, with Hush Hotel/Restaurant within steps, for a amazing views for cocktails and food.
Note:
We do not permit parties as the house is located in a residential area with full time residents on both sides, so please be respectful to the neighbors. 4x4 vehicle recommended to get to the property. We include an electricity consumption of 18kw per day. Any additional usage will be charged at $0.50 per kw.
