Apartment was modern and cozy. Neighborhood felt safe and family oriented. Good amount of bedroom space. Location was several minutes walk to Brown Line or a quick bus ride.

Very clean, recently remodeled space with updated appliances and bathroom. Communication with property host was amazing. Pretty no-frills kitchen with basics and in unit laundry was a big plus. Only downside is that in the winter it’s radiator heat so there’s frequent clinking and clanking as the system warms up. Decent parking within a few blocks of the units just need to circle the block a few times. Walkable to the end of the brown line safe urban neighborhood. Enjoyed the stay.

This property was very convenient to the local store front theater on Irving Park for us to attend. It was within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk. Parking was somewhat a challenge since some streets around the property were permit parking only for local residents. Was able to find parking within a couple of blocks away; but this is nothing out of the ordinary for Chicago. Communication was superb!!!
