Guests will love returning from a day on the slopes or trails to unwind by the gas fireplace or relax in the private hot tub’s rejuvenating warmth.

Spend a carefree night on the first floor sharing the day’s adventures by the soaring stone fireplace or watching movies on the 55” TV. Step out to the attached balcony furnished with a grill and enjoy the brisk alpine air.

The second floor, accessible via stairs or elevator, has 1 family-friendly guest bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, and wet bar.

On he third floor, the hot tub is on the patio, accessible via an outdoor staircase at all levels. A laundry room is convenient for extended stays.

Woodside Villa’s ski-in/ski-out access and excellent amenities make for a perfect Park City retreat. Explore year-round thanks to the 3-car garage. For ski-in/ski-out access, exit onto Woodside Avenue, turn left onto 8th Street to Park Avenue and cross the street. Follow the bridge to the Town Lift Plaza and ticket office. Amazing location for skiing and Main Street. Super convenient. Can literally walk out garage door to harvest across the road, or out front door 50m to town lift. Great big house. Some bedrooms a little older than others but huge house, great to share or entertain in. Managers very responsive.
