The Space:

** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or for any noise related to the renovation project.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

Do you love the beach and are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay??  This Summit condo will give you the majestic Gulf views and the enviable beachfront location you've dreamed of!  Spend your days kicking back on the private balcony, feeling the white sand beneath your toes, or enjoying on-site resort amenities such as a seasonally heated swimming pool, a poolside tiki bar, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or get takeout from one of the many restaurants. Whatever you decide, this condo will suit your wants and needs.



The Summit is a Gulf-front resort on the white sand of Panama City Beach - an ideal retreat for families and beach-goers. It is located near many activities, including mini golf, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, and more! With many fun activities around, all this vacation home is missing is you!



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).



IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and ejection.  VRC #67822
