The villa features incredible views over Los Angeles Harbor - the Pacific Ocean, Cabrillo Beach - and all the way to Huntington Beach and Seal Beach across the water. From the balcony you will be able to enjoy the view and the full privacy - trees and the hill makes it 100% hidden from neighbors - a little oasis in a beautiful spot by the ocean. There is ample street parking available, and the area is very quiet with friendly neighbors. With only 15 minutes to Long Beach, this little pearl of a town offers a charming downtown and lots of great restaurants. Great access to anywhere in Los Angeles with the calm, luxury, and privacy on top. You have to experience this!
