Found this hidden gem kind of last minute. Looking for one last summer weekend to enjoy with my husband, kids and grandson. We spent time cooking, eating, playing board games, had a bonfire and had a great day at a close by beach! The accommodations were perfect for our size family. Would definitely return!

We got lucky with the weather, stayed two nights in September. Sunny & 70. Took advantage of the shops & parks in town. We did enjoy the rental but found the spiral stairs a challenge. (Bringing the luggage up & eventual down)

Lovely rental for our family of four! Teens loved the loft and cave rooms upstairs with their own bathroom, and the winding staircase. Appreciated the availability of the garage; we didn't use it for parking but my husband used it to securely store his gravel bike. The driveway had a convenient turnaround section making it easy to get out onto a busy road. Short walk across the street to the public beach (small, but convenient and we had it all to ourselves). Great location, cute town with tons of lakefront parks. Already talking about staying there again.

We were in town for a week to attend a wedding, so the house and location worked well for us. The staircase is steep and narrow which is difficult to maneuver, especially with luggage.

Cute place to spend a couple of days for a northern Michigan getaway. Beautiful view of the lake right across the street, close to town, perfect for our needs! Would definitely rebook the same property.

It was a good experience overall. The pull out bed did not work. Other beds were comfortable and cleaning was pretty good.

For your future rentals, if you contact a host during your stay with any issues it gives the host a chance to work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

Amazing property

This property was just adorable. Super cozy. It had everything we needed. It was a short drive from downtown and so close to petoskey and other cities. Laura the property manager was quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to friends and be back there again!

Our stay was pretty good overall. The internet was not working during our stay, which wasn't a huge issue for us, but worth noting. The bathroom showers are small and a bit frustrating with the curtains that will allow water to leak on to the floor and subsequently through the floor if not exactly sealed up. Just a couple small annoyances, but overall the stay was fine.

Best Friends Trip 2022

Fabulous experience, no issues what so ever! Couldn’t of asked for better space or place, absolutely adorable Cottage! Very clean and well maintained, lots to do around the surrounding area, Laura was on top of answering any questions we had and very prompt! Already planning another stay next year! We left a message book so Laura and her family can read all about everyone’s experience who stays from here on out❤️ Definitely a 5 out 5 ⭐️
