The ocean view was amazing, and being able to walk 10 steps to the sand was something else. The house was perfect for our needs and had many amenities across the street or 3-4 min walk down the street. Being able to have our ESA with us was perfect, and non stressful. If we needed anything they responded within 30 min or less with a resolution. They had beach chairs and boogie boards for use, the rooftop view was amazing (where we ate our dinner the first night, that we purchased across the street.) This house was the perfect getaway for our family before starting back to college. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the perfect getaway!

What a lovely send-off before heading back to college. Glad being ten steps from the sand lived up to the promise, and that having everything within a short walk made the trip easy. It's great to hear the beach chairs and boogie boards got some use, and that first rooftop dinner sounds like a perfect way to start the stay. Great space on the beach dunes!

Great big space to stay with family nice open kitchen. Cars drive on the beach constantly I have a 2yr old 5 & 7yr & 9. We weren’t able to play in the beach because it was too dangerous having cars driving all over the sand where you go into the water. The dunes were fun to slide on with boogie boards & trails beautiful to jog on! Parking so easy. If you haven’t stayed at the dunes please be aware young kids can’t just run around on sand during summer as trucks, Atvs & cars are driving all over! I had no idea before making this booking. We drove 15 mins to Avila beach it’s perfect for kids!
