The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return (2) red card pool passes to the "Beach" hooks near the front door. There is a $25 replacement fee for lost pool passes.
Wash all dirty dishes and return to their original location. For planning purposes, if you will be using the dishwasher it will take approximately 3 hours to run a complete cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PARKING: Two parking spaces are available. HOA rules do not allow boat, trailer parking or vehicle washing or maintenance in the parking lots.
GRILLING: Ocean City ordinances prohibit gas and charcoal grills on decks and balconies, and within 30 feet of a boat or building.
COMMON DECK: No bikes, strollers, beach equip, etc to be stored on common deck. Nothing is allowed to be hung from deck rail including beach towels.

We loved everything about our stay! The condo complex was perfect. Check in/out was extremely easy. The host was easy to communicate with both prior to booking and during our stay if needed!
