Mysa Meadow House - Modern Ski/Bike Nature Oasis
Welcome to the Mysa Meadow House: A modern, minimalist and serene nature cabin on the Birkie Trail system with wide open meadow and forest views to enjoy wildlife. True to its name, Mysa is the Swedish word for “cozy up" and contentedness.
This is a quiet nature escape perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who love to bike, ski and hike the vast trail system of Birkie Ridge right outside the front door. The cabin is on its own 3-acre plot surrounded by forest with a meadow view.

More details:
We welcome you to our modern Scandinavian-style home on the Birkie Trail system! Mysa is a Swedish concept for cozying up and feeling contentedness. Nestled in the woods, we invite you to experience this reconnection with nature here after a day exploring nature, with the comfort of a good book or game beside the cracking fireplace.
Enjoy our brand new 2-bedroom abode equipped with a cozy fireplace, sleek bathroom, kitchen, and outdoor deck and firepit. There are cozy lofted spaces including a TV nook and reading nook: no sleeping is allowed in the lofted areas. The bedrooms and living area are on the main floor.
This house is located right on the Birkie Ridge Trailhead, allowing for ski-in ski-out access to the Birkie trail in the winter, and walk-out hiking and biking access to CAMBA trails.
This wooded property is a Seeley oasis of wildlife with the convenience of being just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Cable and 15 minutes to downtown Hayward, both excellent areas for enjoying dining, shopping and exploring. The surrounding area is brimming with historical museums, local culture and Up North Wisconsin character.
All towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. Take in the woodsy views from all of the windows and sliding glass door out to the private deck. The perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or tea! Feel at home with Scandinavian-inspired mid-century modern furniture throughout the space.
Take advantage of the firepit area and grill. Please help yourself to board games and books during your stay. Enjoy a break off the grid and embrace the rustic experience of staying in rural Wisconsin.
WiFi is Starlink, which is satellite-based and speed can be affected by weather.
Note that our driveway is narrow and cannot accommodate trailers or non-regular vehicles. Trails surrounding the home are strictly non-motorized only: no dirt bikes, four-wheelers, or snowmobiling is allowed on bike and ski-groomed trails.
Please note: This cottage is owner operated. Pricing includes state and county lodging tax, as well as sales tax. Please be aware of constantly changing rates that are based on demand for accommodations.
Our housekeeping staff is working diligently to follow the extra cleaning guidelines, which means we are not typically able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.
So sorry, we cannot allow any pets: we have a severe allergy in the family.
We hope you'll enjoy your peaceful retreat in our trailside meadow house!
