Your Point Pleasant Beach summer vacation starts here at this 4 bedroom house a quick walk only block and a half to the BEACH. Enjoy your mornings sipping coffee while watching the sunrise over the WATER. Have a big family? 1503 St Louis Ave offers a mix of sleeping arrangements, including a queen bed, sofa bed, california king bed, and 2 twin beds. With amenities like central AC, WiFi, 6 BEACH BADGES, a grill, foosball table, ping pong, knock hockey, and basketball hoop, it's hard to get bored here. Want some privacy? 2 of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom.
It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind here.
No groups. No smoking of any kind. Small dogs welcome depending on breed.
All Utilities Included | Six Beach Badges | Parking for 2 cars in driveway and plenty of street parking.
We will deduct from your security deposit for lost items:
Beach Passes = $150 each
House Key = $150
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and make payments through VRBO.
No Refunds | No Smoking of any kind on property | No Underage Drinking | No Parties | No Groups | Check in and check out on Saturday only.

Point Perfect

Our 4 week stay in Point Pleasant was made perfect by this wonderful home and the amazing support of the homeowner, Craig. The location of this home was absolutely perfect. We had the best of quiet, peaceful views while being a short walk to the beach, restaurants and attractions. Our host was extremely accommodating, friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to visit again.
