Pamper yourself in this luxurious lake front, ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Located in the ever popular Shorewalk resort in the heart of Bradenton. Just minutes from the world famous beaches and white powder sands of Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Longboat Key and IMG academy.

Shopping, grocery stores, movies, bowling, entertainment and restaurants are all within walking distance from the condo. Shorewalk is an ideal holiday destination with plenty of attractions nearby to keep everybody entertained.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine in the lanai while soaking up the beautiful scenery right at your door step. If you would like to hear the sound of the water fountain and enjoy the fresh air, no problem, relax in a fully screened lanai and enjoy the soothing sounds of the water as it cascades from the fountain.With 1250 sq. feet of luxury, there is ample room to comfortably host up to 6 people (additional nightly fee for 5th and 6th guests). The impressive large master bedroom and on-suite includes its own oversized walk-in shower, walk- in close. A large dresser and two night tables provide plenty of space for all your storage needs.

The spacious guest bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds. The room has large oversized closet, full sized dresser and night stand which provide plenty of storage space. There is also a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom includes a full bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge, stove, dishwasher and smaller appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster and blender etc. for your convenience. The eat-in kitchen has a beautiful glass table and 4 chairs providing plenty of space. Enjoy your dining experience in the separate dining room with ample room for up to 6 people.

Ready to relax for the evening, enjoy the comfort of the large couch in the living room where you can settle in and watch your favorite shows on the HD flat screen TV and unwind from your busy day at the pool, beach or sightseeing and shopping.

The Shorewalk Vacation Villa Resort is located on 30 acres of lighted walkways and has excellent amenities including: 2 heated community swimming pools, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, newly renovated clubhouse with large screen TV, large sun deck, table tennis, ping pong, billiard/pool table, 2 oversized BBQ grills, free WIFI and six lakes stocked with fish. All amenities are included with your stay.

The condo has hi-speed internet and cable plus 3 TV sets and a telephone with free calling to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. The condo is located within a 3 minute walk to the clubhouse, pools, Jacuzzi’s and tennis courts. Fresh bedding, towels and soaps will be provided upon your arrival.


There is a washer and dryer provided located in the front hall should you need to do some laundry.

Sorry, no smoking inside or in the lanai. Please smoke outdoors.

No pets, boats, trailers, RVs or jet skis are allowed at Shorewalk.

Richard was an excellent host from the time we arrived with all the info we needed to enter the condo to the check out. He checked in on us during the stay to make sure everything was in order and find out if we had any questions. Condo was as pictured, clean, bright and well appointed. Would highly recommend.

This property is in a perfect location. Close to so many stores and restaurants and the drive to Anna Maria beaches wasn’t far at all. Richard was great with communication, checking in on Day 2 with restaurants suggestions! I would definitely rent with Richard again.

Great location - the community had lots of good amenities and was a short drive to the beach. The only negative was the mattresses were super extra firm and not very comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise, we did not spend much time in the unit but everything was fine.

We recently had our second visit to Casa Bella and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Richard is the best host we’ve ever had on VRBO and a joy to work with throughout the entire process. He’s quick to communicate and accommodating. Casa Bella quickly became our favorite place to stay back in June when we had our first trip there. The home is bright and open, very clean, and has a beautiful view. The location is super close to plenty of activities, beaches, and different styles of food. Overall, we were very pleased with everything and will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful and smelled great! The beds were so comfortable! I loved that it had a dining area plus a separate breakfast area. I also loved the easy accessibility being a ground floor unit. The ceiling fans in each room helped to keep the temperature comfortable. There was a great selection of tv channels. We used the tennis court, pool, basketball court, and ping pong table-all were in top notch condition, and the clubhouse ladies were incredibly nice. Richard, the host, was great at responding immediately to any questions and offering area suggestions. He also had a very helpful binder in the condo with menus, area brochures, and the checkout procedure. Would love to return!

Great stay at Casa Bella

We enjoyed our stay at Richard's place. The condo had nice amenities on the property as well. We enjoyed playing pickleball, bb, and use of the heated pools. Richard was great with communication and also with suggesting food options. There is a Publix within walking distance which was very convenient!

Richard was a super great host! He checked in with us throughout the stay. I enjoyed that very much. Condo is nearby stores and restaurants which is great. The apartment is a little outdated in regards to the kitchen and bathrooms but very clean. Easy access in and out of the unit. The water front view is of the pond which is relaxing to sit outside and listen to the wildlife.I would stay here again!

A lovely comfortable condo with great proximity to the beach.

It was a very comfortable stay with a lovely pool to cool off in. The proximity to the beach and local family was ideal. Our stay in this condo was nice. My only suggestion would be to install an icemaker and maybe supply some more dish towels and dish cloths! Overall, a nice place to stay.
