Great location in Dt Pete Beach

Convenient location to walk to restaurants, night life, and Upham Public beach. The property was clean and property owner kept us informed about details for us to be aware of during our stay. We will return in future when looking to stay in the Dt Pete Beach area.

Perfect weekend getaway

This one bedroom apartment was perfect for us , 6 minute walk to Upham beach and right at the end of the street from the Waffle House. The bed was super comfortable and all other amenities were great. The love seat is not comfortable in the living area,we used the couch and TV in bedroom .We would absolutely stay here again..

The unit is decorated beautifully, is so nice, and very clean. The outdoor seating areas are relaxing and it was nice having beach chairs and coolers provided. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and other activities or a quick drive to downtown St Pete made it the perfect location. It was quiet, the AC was cold, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully prepped with everything you need. I'd definitely return. :)

We always strive to provide a high level of service and address issues as quickly as possible. However, we did find your request for complimentary nights due to sand in the shower—after your own trip to the beach—unreasonable. As a beachside property, we do our best to prepare the home immaculately for each guest, but naturally, some sand can be tracked in during your stay. We wish you the best in your future travels.
