We had 6 people stay at the house. All amenities worked great. Owner very responsive. Close to stores/restaurants and had everything that we needed.

We had such a good time at this property. We held a wedding there with about 40 people. There was PLENTY of space for everything to be set up. Over 100 chairs and a tent all together. The kitchen has so much space. This is a perfect property for an event. Or just a family looking to get away for a little while. The host answered the phone every time we had a question and was very helpful.

The house was just about perfect for four guys down in Florida for some spring training games. The living area was like a "man cave" with a large-screen TV, leather sectional and pool table. There was also a massage chair that we all checked out. The kitchen was modern and well-stocked. The house was conveniently located near shopping centers and the airport. The owner was very responsive to my various questions. I got some negative feedback from one of my fellow travelers regarding the bed in the middle bedroom (one side hard, the other soft). There was also no remote for the TV in that bedroom. The hot tub was scheduled for repair, but wasn't available to us until our last day there (isn't there a vrbo ad about that?). Finally, the grill was not working (and a bit rusted out).Over all, I would highly recommend this house, but would suggest that the grill be replaced and bedroom TVs be checked out.
