Unwind in a cozy mountain hideaway home just 1 mile from the Blue Ridge Pkwy. You are sure to relax in this newly renovated rustic modern home in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains with access to all the beauty and adventure these mountains hold. Whether you decide to stay in, roast marshmallows by the fire and soak in the iconic views of Mt Mitchell or take day trips to Asheville, Blowing Rock or Banner Elk, this home is the perfect spot for a getaway to remember.

This is a newly renovated home nestled in the Pines with plentiful mountain views. The space is situated a mile and a half off the Blue Ridge Parkway, close to Little Switzerland and Linville Falls. There are tons of hiking spots and lookout views along the picturesque drive through the Parkway. When not exploring, enjoy a slice of heaven (apple pie) and a little apple picking at the Orchard at Altapass, a short 10 min drive off the Parkway or spend a day at the Linville Caverns before heading to the Linville Winery for a wine tasting (less than 20 minutes away).

If relaxing and unplugging is your thing, The "Rooms With a View" mountain home is perfect for just that. Equipped with all the amenities and mountain essentials including a grill, fire pit, board games and outdoor lounging and dining, you may find that staying in is what you prefer.

This home includes:
* A fully stocked kitchen including coffee and a Keurig machine as well as an assortment of tea and hot cocoa.
* Two Roku TV's. One in the living Room and another in one of the two bedrooms.
* Gas Fireplace
* Extra towels, bed linens, blankets
* Wood for the fire pit
* Heaters

The two bedrooms come with a queen size bed in each as well as closet space.

The two bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials, such as a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner among other items.

The home, though situated in a very quiet and private neighborhood secluded in nature, is a short 10-15 min drive to downtown.

Though the town of Spruce Pine is still reeling from the damaging effects of Hurricane Helene, the Blue Ridge Mountains continue to captivate those who visit.

This was one of the best stays we have ever had! The amenities for our cozy night in, communication from host, HUGE table for dinner and wine and of course games, and the beds are phenomenal!! Kitchen was well stocked. Pictures do not do it justice!! I can’t say enough good things about this house! We will all be returning!!
