Location is great and under the house was very nice area to hang out. The bathroom was recently updated, it was small but it was all new. The beds were comfortable. Upon arrive the air was set to 76 and the house was 78, it was not cooling off. I informed the property manager and she communicated quickly and tried to get maintenance out that evening but unfortunately it was too late. She did have someone there the next morning and it was fixed before lunch time. It was unfortunate to have to deal with on our vacation but it was fixed in a timely manner. We also encountered some ‘bugs’ during our stay. We informed the property manager. We believed them to be cockroaches but she said they were water bugs. She offered to have pest control out to spray but we preferred to not spray during our stay. Property manager did try to help in any way possible but was not a pleasant experience staying there not knowing when a bug could run out. We killed one in the kitchen, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Maybe it is a common problem with all beach houses on the island or maybe just this house. We also found some old dead bugs, one beside the refrigerator and one under the oven.
