- This single-story home offers step-free entry through the back door, which serves as the primary entrance. The front door has 4 steps
- For safety reasons, children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the game room
- The driveway is kept plowed during winter; however, there is no direct walkway between the house and the game room. Guests should exercise caution when walking in this area
- Your safety matters. This property features 8 exterior security cameras located on the outside of the house facing the exterior of the home, front entry, yard, driveway, dock and pathway to the lake. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence
