Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Brand new build 2024 with heated garage. Right in the heart of Eagle River. Close to shopping centers, gyms and restaurants. Plenty of hiking trails to enjoy.
Restaurants we love are Limeleaf, panda, Corks and Hops which are in walking distance. Pizzaman and Matanuska Brewing. Jitters and blondies have consistently good coffee and Jason’s doughnuts are truly amazing! About 25 mins from the airport.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eagle River. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely updated, well equipped and decorated in a cute cottage style. We enjoyed the location, between Anchorage and Palmer.

The house was spotless. Great area to use as a home base near enough to Anchorage proper but far enough away to be woodsy feeling! The house was exactly as pictured with all the amenities needed for a short stay!

Clean, beautiful home. We couldn't get the TV to work but were only there for 1 night. The host was great about holding onto a few pairs of pants we forgot and letting us pick them up a few days later.

Property was well appointed. The guests in the primary bedroom thought the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Mainly, we had difficulty with fragrances from a plug in scentsy-type thing and a candle that had been burned prior to our stay. I'm sure this wouldn't bother most people, but it did me. The hosts were quick to respond to my concerns and help to figure out the culprit! It was a nice condo.

We completely understand that everyone has different sensitivities and preferences when it comes to scents and mattresses. If we had known ahead of time that you were particularly sensitive to fragrances, we would have been more than happy to remove the air fresheners and make sure the home was cleaned without any fragranced products. The candle in question was actually covered with its lid, so we weren’t aware that there was still a noticeable scent. We also intentionally have a firmer mattress and a softer mattress in the home, since we know guests have very different preferences when it comes to mattress firmness. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are always happy to do what we can to make our guests as comfortable as possible!

The house itself was very clean and well-stocked and a great size for 5 people. It was recently re-done and refurnished, and definitely the nicest house in the block. Super easy to get into and close to Anchorage! However, there is a giant sign in the neighbors backyard pointing towards the property about a missing person, insinuating that the owner of this property is a suspect. We felt uneasy and uncomfortable. It’s a bummer that Vrbo also wasn’t more accommodating. We wish we knew about this in advance because it impacted our experience.

Some of the missing person’s friends have made accusations suggesting that we are involved, but those accusations are completely untrue. We have no involvement in the disappearance whatsoever, and the sign is not something we have any control over. We’re sorry the situation made you uncomfortable, but we do feel it’s important to clarify the facts for future guests.

This place was beautiful. Because of a weather issue, we actually didn't get here until about 10PM in the evening and we checked out at 11AM the next morning, so we really didn't get to enjoy the beautiful house as much as we liked. But the home was lovely, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. We are a family of four ... two parents and two young adults. Traveling can be difficult because sharing a hotel room is just too cramped. For the same price as what hotels in Anchorage were charging, we were able to stay here where everyone was comfortable, had room to spread out, and got a great night's sleep. Thanks for sharing your place with us! We highly recommend it!

Home was clean and as advertised. Access through the garage was helpful for us, we didn’t need to bring everything into the house. My kids enjoyed the play set and trampoline in the backyard. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property over the holidays. It is a beautiful condo, conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants which was great with the icy roads. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, with comfortable beds, and a nice living room, kitchen area for the three of us to relax after our days out playing in the snow/ice and visiting family. I especially loved having a garage to keep our rental car! The check-in/check-out process was seamless, and the owners were very responsive to my text messages. This is definitely a place I will rent again when we return to Alaska to visit my family, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in the Eagle River area.

We highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. They even provided a few snack items, cider and bottled waters. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from Chris and Jodie. Very clear and easy check-in and check-out information. Looks exactly as pictured and the bouquet of flowers was an extra special touch. So cute, quiet and in walkable neighborhood. We hope to stay again! Below was my special surprise welcome gift.

Great townhouse, everything was new & clean, and comfortable for our stay. The hosts were very accommodating: we had a one night stay, and then traveled around in Alaska before returning for another night later on in our trip; one of us had forgotten something in the townhouse, and when we returned days later, the hosts had left it for us with a nice note! Such a great personal touch!
