Host was great and easy to check in with. The house is adorable, comfortable and warm. I appreciated that there wasnt any noise polution and very little light polution.
The place was cute, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outside space on a beautiful end of summer evening. Easy access to downtown and the Air Force Base.
Check-in was easy. Property was exactly how it was advertised. Maybe even a little better actually. Living room and kitchen are very spacious. Only suggestion is to have a fan for summer time. I’d stay here again.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. I had never been to this part of town; it was easy and fast to access downtown Anchorage. The owners were quick to reply, and everything we needed was on site. The home was clean and nicely decorated.
this home is easy to find, quick to get to/from downtown. They don't skimp on amenities, appreciated all the thought that goes into this place (toiletries, water bottles, coffee, etc). They reached out with clear check-in instructions, and was even able to enter early as the place was ready. Really appreciated the comfortable stay.
Very clean, great location and great communication.
Would recommend this to anybody looking for a great place to relax. I thought a larger sofa would be nice, but other than that we enjoyed
This was a cute place for our family of 4. They thought of everything when it comes to amenities. It was very clean and cozy. If you don’t mind the sound of F22s and trains it is a perfect place. Hearing those through the night and in the morning was a delight for us. Very easy to find. Wash and dryer in unit is a great option for a longer stay. Highly recommend for families. Even had a pack n play of you have a little that is too small for a twin bed.
We were only able to stay one night here, but enjoyed our visit. The home has really fun furnishings and art. The bathroom rain shower/tub was fun to use and there’s plenty of light for applying makeup. There are blinds in the bedrooms, but wish there were blackout curtains too. It was still bright in the room for sleeping. Located close to downtown.
Property would be perfect but the smell is overwhelming. Combination of pee and gas. Beautiful house, super clean and no carpet. Maybe the roof needs re done and that’s where the smell is coming from? We opened the windows and bought a candle so we could sleep that night.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Cute little duplex outside downtown
Nice little spot, kitchen and bathroom are nice, bedrooms are sparse but fun art on the walls :-) Couldn't find laundry-not where listing said it was. Tricky location without a car-not really walkable to anything. Hosts were not responsive as quickly and thoroughly as I'm used to with rental properties (never answered questions I had about restaurants nearby or restaurants that deliver there since we were getting in late). They did respond quickly when a bear ripped apart their trash in the backyard though once we were there though!
