This is a lovely place to stay. It’s within walking distance of the beach, places to eat and places to shop for both souvenirs and basics you might have forgotten to pack. The property comes with many special touches, the owners obviously want you to have an amazing stay!

This rental was beautiful, quiet, cozy, and had everything we needed! Communication with the property manager was great and the rental was easy to access. Just a short walk from the beach and a short walk from shops and restaurants, it was the perfect location. A great rental for a small family. The board games were a nice touch. I just wish we would’ve stayed longer. We will stay again if we’re ever in Cocoa Beach!
