Only 5-Minutes to the Caloosahatchee from this direct water gulf access canal. Closed to The boathouse restaurant and many other amenities. Refreshing Pool for those quiet days at home. There is a public boat launch just down the street and a private dock behind the house. Convenient location to I-75 ,downtown Fort Myers and gulf coast beautiful beaches.

The Blue River House was beautifully updated, very spacious, and convenient to various stores and restaurants. We were visiting family who live at Babcock Ranch and this location was a short drive to their home and a nice alternative to staying within that development.

Great place, lots of room for 8 people, kids enjoyed the pool, husband and father enioyed the dock out back. Kitchen was nice and big for cooking! Great communication from host. Beds were comfy!
