Welcome to the 'Denver Landing Pad'! This beautifully remodeled 5-bedroom, 3-bath home features 8 beds, a game room, theater, sauna, covered fire pit, and more. There is a main home and as attached fully stocked apartment. 2 kitchens, living, and dining rooms. Perfect for group gatherings with an open floor plan and family-style dining. Centrally located just north of Denver, enjoy quick access to the Front Range: 23 mins to downtown, 30 mins to DIA, 40 mins to Boulder, and 25 mins to Red Rocks.

The DEN LAN PAD is the perfect gathering space for your group travel plans.

Main floor:
+There is a fully stocked kitchen, large 8 person dining table, built in bar area, family room for everyone, desk to take a quick Zoom if need be ; ) and a full bathroom with tub.

+Bedroom 1 is super cozy with a King size memory foam bed.

+Bedroom 2 is right across the hall with the other King size memory foam bed.

Basement:
+Head down where there is another small desk to knock out some work and a sprawling cozy theater room ready to Netflix and Chill! Off the theater room is the laundry room with a wash basin, washing machine and dryer.

+Bedroom 3, the spacious red room has a Queen memory foam bed.

+Bedroom 4, has 4 Full size memory foam beds on two bunks, for the kids or grown ups to stay up late and enjoy each other's stories!

Just off the kitchen walk into a large window filled family room, dining room, stocked kitchen, and bathroom. There are two doors separated by a hallway to get in/out of the apartment.

+Bedroom 5 has a cozy queen size memory foam mattress.

Gameroom:
+Get your competition ready. The garage has a full size pool table, ping pong table, pac man game, and several tables for cards and hanging out. Turn on the fireplace and relax in your private oasis. ONE MORE GAME!

Outside:
+Gather around the fire-pit, make some smores, have a drink and relax on the covered patio all year around!

+There are pickleball courts 2 blocks away at Monterey Elementary School. We have included paddles for 4 and balls!
