*Set the air conditioning to 77F during summer & 69F during winter and turn off all lights when you checkout. * Take all garbage out of the house and place it in the can on the side of the house.

We had a wonderful time staying at this updated property. It was very clean and modern. The house has a cute backyard as well. Very close to an amazing restaurant (5 Sisters) and Family Dollar for anything you may of forgot to pack. We walked to downtown everyday. We would absolutely stay here again.

We love downtown—there’s always something to do! This property is in the perfect location, whether you’re headed to Pensacola Beach, exploring Perdido Beach, or venturing a bit farther out. It’s not right on the freeway, but close enough for easy access. From the moment I laid eyes on this place, I knew it was meant to be—like God put it right in my path.
