This property is located in the south end of Ocean City, New Jersey - America's Greatest Family Resort. Ocean City is a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches. In addition to the 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, restaurants and The Music Pier - an entertainment venue for concerts and other events, there is also the Bay Front area for watersports, fishing charters, boat rentals and a Down Town Shopping District with unique stores, restaurants and of course our famous Spring and Fall Block Parties. https://ocnj-beach-rental.com/

Place was very nice, perfect spot all the way at the end of the shore, 58th st, you absolutely have to walk the corsons inlet statte park trail right by the house at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay with our two toddlers. The layout is ideal for keeping an eye on the kids in the open family areas and separate enough from the bedrooms that you don’t need to whisper at night. The location could not have been more ideal! We have family with disabilities and this was an easy walk for them, especially with the accessible ramp up to the beach. Communication with the host as easy and responsive. We will be back!

Was a pleasure hosting such a nice family. They communicated well and left the place tidy. There was an issue with the hvac thermostat on their last night, and they were very understanding. Would happily rent to them again in the future.

Dave is an exceptional communicator, and his place is an exceptionally clean, well- appointed rental w/ comfy furniture and a location that can’t be beat. It is ateps from the beach, has a sunny front porch, and the peace and quiet of the South End in OC. It’s a little pricey even for the early in the season weeks, but we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the rental from the modern kitchen to the beach tags they provide for renters. A great rental!
