This property was great! Nice and spacious and fun outdoor pool/spa area. We did wake up a couple mornings with no hot water. I got a hold of the property manager and a maintenance guy was right there to fix the problem ASAP.

This house is on a gorgeous piece of property! We ate most meals and hung out outside. It was heavenly! Very conveniently located. And very spacious with different places to gather inside and out. We watched lot's of BNP tennis and College basketball in the big screen tv/movie room. Very comfortable and accommodating! If we happen to have any questions during our stay, they were promptly acknowledged and taken care of! The one note we would make is IF one of your party has any issues with steps, there are many different levels in this home. One or two steps up or down inside and out.

We have loved this house for a few years, multiple stays and obviously enjoyed it because of the amenities, location and size. This stay was much different, we showed up to zero updates, furniture falling apart, broken items (doors, bbq, giant holes in the floors, broken decorations, severe water damage on the wood floor back room) all throughout the house, it was sad to see such a decline but most of all how dirty the house was. Mold growing on the grout of the showers, rings in every toilet and dust on the lids like no one wiped.them, dust on every head board and under the beds my family stayed up cleaning everything first night of vacation because it was that bad, I even had a cockroach chase me from the hallway closet. I did reach out and a housekeeper was offered the next day but it was too late, we were not waiting. Maintenance came the next day (waited all day and he was still late) couldn't help us much but he did get the fire pits on and hot warm, Could not get the bbq to work. We did have a great family vacation but after this stay we will probably be looking for a different location because its not worth 1000 a night anymore.

Thanks for staying with us, we are always more than happy to fix any issues that our guests find and of course we offered and were successful. We were not told about any giant holes in the floor and haven’t seen anything like that, we ve also hosted several guests since you departed and they’ve all have lovely times at the house. We are always looking for ways to improve and appreciate the feedback!
