This is a gorgeous penthouse which is located next to the Bellagio Hotel and the brand new Cosmopolitan, we are located on the Las Vegas Strip!! It is beautiful, with a sparkling swimming pool (heated year round), jacuzzi, sauna, and countless other amenities. You can also use the amenities complimentary at the brand new Cosmopolitan Hotel/Casino with stunning amenities, restaurants, within feet away.. The amenities they have on site are: tennis courts (complimentary), pool (complimentary), spa/gym (extra fee), and much more.

There is no additional fee for the use of our Resort Amenities or the Amenities of the Cosmopolitan: Access to the Bamboo Pool and Boulevard Pool at the Cosmo is complimentary as well as the Spa and Tennis Courts. Amenities of the Jockey Club: Pool, Gym, Spa, etc are all included in the rental rate as well and there are no additional fees.

We have 6 individual beds in the Penthouse suite to accommodate 2 people luxuriously or a group of people getting together.

We have complimentary WIFI in the suite as well as the latest technological toys.

We are located directly on the strip next to the Bellagio Hotel and the Cosmpolitan. We are located at 3700 S. Las Vegas Blvd. (Bellagio Hotel is at 3600 S. Las Vegas Blvd).

Walk to the new City Center/Mandarin Oriental/Aria and much more!!! Access to the Monorail.

There's also valet parking on-site for $5/day or you can park your own car complimentary as well. We share parking with the Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino.

The two bedroom, two bath, penthouse suite would allow you to comfortably have up to eight people here. 2 queen beds in the master, 1 queen bed in the guest room, 2 full beds, and ample space throughout including an additional extra custom made bed if needed. Please let me know what dates you are interested in booking. Nightly, Weekly, and Monthly Rates! We can set up the extra beds if needed.

Pros- Great location next to Cosmopolitan and Bellagio, and complimentary garage parking. Comfortable beds. Cons- Very dark, no view except of adjacent building walls on 2 sides. Some outlets and lamps broken/not working. Had to request clean sheets upon arrival, but Very responsive host, who sent brand new sheets immediately.

This property is located right at the heart of the Strip, Yet it is removed enough that there is quiet when needed. We loved the apartment it was extremely comfortable and spacious.

awesome location, very nice for the 5 of us..would stay again.

Loved our stay, communication with Melissa was great! the only issue was the the key to get into the building and the apartment, Dont put your key near your cell phone or charge cards, it disarms the key and you have to go to the front desk to get another, it happened to us 3 times.

Perfect Vegas Stay

The property was great! Very clean and spacious with plenty of beds/futons for all 8 of us who stayed there. Melissa was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend for large groups that want to be close to the center of the Vegas Strip.

Perfect location on the strip

This was the perfect rental for a girls trip to Las Vegas. The condo is clean and modern. Beds are extremely comfortable. The location next to the Bellagio is fantastic and easy access to the strip through the Cosmopolitan. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed this unit and all staff were super friendly and helpful. It was so easy to hit the Cosmo, as they have an elevator in the JC that opens up right to the Cosmo Casino. I would definitely stay again!

Family Outing

Came to Vegas for family reunion. Rest of the gang (20+) stayed off the strip. Why come to Vegas and not stay where the action is? Great location, comfortable beds. Well equipped. Will stay here next time we're here. Loved it!

The check in process got very messy because the security people hadn’t processed our reservation or something like that, but immediately after I messaged the host on the Vrbo app she answered and gave me a call to get everything solved.

Best location ever

This condo is located RIGHT at the Cosmo. Literally steps away from the Uber pickup. This made it so easy. The condo was plenty big for 8 adults. It was nice to have a kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were nice too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again!

Great location

Its not what you would expect. Very dated and not cleaned very well. Uncomfortable furniture and not set up well. We didnt spend much time there but I guess thats what you do in Vegas. IT lists as Penthouse but thats just the floor your on. No view of anything. The building is very dated. 1 Glass big enough to put ice in. Location is good and parking was also good. Your money dosent go far in Vegas anymore. We will go back to staying off the strip next time.

Good Location Older Condo Not Luxury Status

Great location. Condo is older and deff not luxury penthouse status. The place is super dim and horrible lighting most of the lamps didn’t work or flickered. No plugs at all or power strip to charge devices. Not bad for the location. Don't think I’d stay again Mgmt and Housekeeper were very nice and communicative during check in and check out.

Perfect Location

This property was absolutely perfect and so accommodating in multiple ways! There was more than enough room for all 5 of us girls to sleep, eat, get ready, and even relax. Both rooms are spacious, and the beds were amazing. This is also located in the perfect location. You have direct access to the Cosmo Casino from the 2nd floor which was a life saver for late night returns to the room or morning runs to the Starbucks in the Casino. It is also centrally located on the Strip, with multiple places for food and shopping. The property owner and manager not only had amazing hospitality, but were also quick on response if we had any questions. We will definitely be using this location again and can't wait for our next trip!

So much space!!

We had a group of 8 girls for a bachelorette party. We were a bit nervous booking something online but we were beyond pleased when we checked in. We were able to store our bags and check in earlier than expected. The kitchen had everything we could've needed. Only one sleeping area was shared and really if they didn't want to share one of them could have slept on the very comfortable couch. I couldn't believe how much space we had and how great the location was. We were steps away from the Cosmopolitan entrance, had complimentary parking in the Cosmopolitan garage so our vehicles were safe, and we had plenty of linens and mirrors for 8 women. I would and I will stay here again. I can't wait to go back!

Simple, easy lodging on the strip

This is a PH suite that once had views of the city that is completely surrounded by all the big hotels, so the view out all the windows is a brick wall. This condo is very dated, but it did the job for easy housing. It states 8 people for sleeping, but it only really has three queen size beds. The other beds are fold out, uncomfortable sleep beds, and we did not get sheets for these beds until our last night. To be fair, this sleeps, two in one room, and two in each bed in the second room. The bathroom in one of the rooms has a smell that was very distinct and it was "basic" clean, not high level clean. As for location, it is fantastic. Everything is right there. So if you want to be on the strip and don't want to pay high hotel costs, this is good value for a family because it has a kitchen. It did the job. But these was nothing really special about it.

We had a group of 8 staying at this property. While the location was great, and the property itself was clean and spacious, there was a huge lack of communication. We were told in advance that we could check in early and ended up waiting over an hour in the lobby before someone had an answer as to when we could check in, and it took calling the property manager. The property is smoke free but throughout the duration of our stay it reeked I’d smoke. We contacted security and nothing was done about it. Lastly, when checking out nobody had an answer on how to get our security deposit back, and I have two unanswered messages to the property manager about this concern.

Great location

This was a perfect space for our group of eight. Comfortable, tastefully decorated and plenty of space. Couldn’t ask for a better central location on the Strip. Beds were comfortable. All pillows and the main comforters are feather (just fyi for those with allergies). There is no place to hang clothing or extra towels except for a small coat closet near the kitchen. Also, one of the bathrooms doesn’t have a fan so can get a bit steamy. There is no view (faces a wall), but we didn’t spend a lot mof time in the condo so it didn’t bother us. We appreciated early check-in; Security didn’t have any record of our request so I called Melissa and she texted them. We used the Chelsea pool at The Cosmopolitan for no charge. It’s a really nice pool. Note that you can’t use the Boulevard pool without paying. The pool at Jockey club isn’t nearly as inviting. It’s a dark area that doesn’t seem to get sunlight - perhaps because of the net overhead. Overall, a great stay and decent value for the location.

Disappointed

We arrived early on Aug 2 and the host did allow us for an early check in. After that things were not at all what we expected. The luxurious and gorgeous penthouse was very misleading and so were the photos. We were under the impression we were in the cosmopolitan hotel with a private pool. This was not the case. We were in an alley between the cosmopolitan and the Bellagio in a run down old hotel. We get to the penthouse and the AC was not working. We contacted the host and property manager who then called maintenance and they brought us 1 fan for the entire penthouse. Maintenance also told us this is a reoccurring problem and the owner did not want to fix it. We explained this to the host/manager along with what can you do to find us a different place to stay. They could not provide us with any other accommodations. After back and forth with the manager nothing was ever done to help with cooling of the penthouse. It stayed above 80 the entire time in the bedrooms. We had to take cold showers just to keep cool. The showers were very outdated and the tub had not 1 but 3 chips in it. The sink did not drain and the overall “luxurious and gorgeous” was not holding true. We returned home from our weekend trip and still had heard nothing for a compensation for the inconvenience of not having AC all weekend so I contacted the host/manager and they did offer us a refund. My family was not happy with the amount that was refunded. Needless to say we will not be using this again.

Jockey club private rental

It’s a shame that an updated unit is NOT clean and many electric outlets did not work. You had to unplug some of the lamps to turn them off Although they did come back to reclean there was still dust, hair, dirty walls and floors.A visit from the largest cockroach I have ever seen topped off the stay. I advise minimizing the dusty decorative items

This place is absolutely perfect! Very large for all of us to be comfortable, lots of great amenities and nice touches included to help our stay be even more amazing, and was also great to be such a key location both on the strip and within the cosmopolitan and we were also able to use the cosmopolitan pool, which is great!!
