Prime ground floor suite. This corner unit is located in a quiet and convenient part of the resort. It has easy access to the sandy beach and the indoor or outdoor pools and a tropical and ocean view. Inside is fully renovated with rock tile fireplace, 65" TV, plush king bed, sleeper sofa, new updated kitchen with large granite bar, full size fridge, Shiplap with beachy decor, Updated bathroom with tiled tub. The balcony is large with high top sitting Adirondack chairs and a cushioned split love seat.
Starbucks and Due South Restaurant on property with great food and reasonable prices. Seasonal Tiki bar is frequented by guests and locals. Pool is heated year-round.

THE SPACE
The views from the private oceanfront balcony are something you won't want to miss out on, as they unveil breathtaking panoramic views that are seemingly endless! Stir up your favorite cocktail and lounge on the Adirondack chairs to listen to the calming sound of waves before curling up in bed for a replenishing night's sleep. Dehumidifier and A/C unit ensure a comfortable rest before exploring the next day.

THE LOCATION
Situated along the Golden Mile, this NEWLEY REMODELED condo puts you in the heart of the action! Myrtle Beach is dappled with an array of waterfront activities that the whole family will enjoy, such as the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, boardwalk and promenade, and of course, the beach! Drive just 10 miles down the coast where you can find banana boat rides, jet ski rentals, and dolphin watching tours!

Ripley's fans are sure to love being near so many unique attractions, including the Ripley's Believe it or Not! Museum, Haunted Adventure, 5D Movie Theater, and Marvelous Mirror Maze. Adrenaline seekers can find their thrills when they hop on the Myrtle Beach slingshot or spend the day at Family Kingdom Amusement Park!

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the resort amenities including: Indoor and Outdoor pools, Hot Tubs, Activity Area, Starbucks, The Due South Restaurant, Washer/Dryer. You can exit the adjacent door for quick access to the beach. However, for Security reasons the door is locked after you leave. You can re-enter the hotel through the pool area for a short walk back to your room. No need to wait for a crowded elevator to get back to your room with this private, ground floor unit.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There are many restaurants close by as well, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. If you want access to a fantastic Tiki Bar (outside of the resort) where all the locals prefer, I would suggest going to the St Clements pool bar as well as the onsite Tiki bar. Great place to be and they welcome vacationer's. Italian food at Crave Italian, Middle Eastern food at Jerusalem and Greek at Santorini's Kuzina are all walkable at less than .5 mi. Please note that the resort is a no smoking resort, no pets are allowed, cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay, and so that all guests may enjoy their stay, no events, parties or large gatherings are allowed. Also, it’s a good idea to keep the patio doors closed whenever possible as Myrtle Beach is a tropical environment during summer months.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Leave AC on at conformable temp. Make sure Doors and windows are closed and locked.
Remove trash to trash compactor at 73rd ave North, just behind River City Cafe. Report any used First Aid supplies or fire extinguisher use. Report any damaged or leaking appliance or plumbing.
Dehumidifier-Leave "ON" during your stay even if in "sleep" mode. When you leave dump water in sink and return basin to dehumidifier and leave “on”. It automatically turns off if full.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Resort and its condos and their patios are No Smoking and No vaping. The resort will ask you to leave if this rule is violated.
Quiet hours are from 11pm until 7am. Please also plug in "Puck Lights" to USB charger and empty Dehumidifier and leave ON when you leave.
No trash of any kind can be left outside unit door. It can be disposed of in compactor up sidewalk of 73rd ave N behind River City cafe.

Perfect Location

Booking was super easy with great communication throughout. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from both the beach and the pool! The space was perfect for two people. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The property is beautiful and has close beach access. It is near many restaurants. The owner, Mark was great to work with and quick to respomd to any questions/concerns. I stayed with my husband and toddler and had no issues.

Wonderful Place!

We enjoyed our stay! Clean room, easy but clear check in and check out rules. Very clear and detailed communication with host, with wonderful reply time! We loved how convenient it was to Broadway and far enough from the strip for it to be quiet. Also loved the on site bar, tiki bar was wonderful as well, and the starbucks that was in the resort was an extra perk!

Mark was amazing to communicate with. He got back to us promptly. The room has a beautiful view of the ocean even though it's on the ground floor. The ground floor room is so convenient especially with a toddler.

We were very happy with our stay! Mark was supper accommodating & more than happy to tackle anything i reached out to him about.Great location for easy beach access. This would be a great place for a couple to stay away. My wife and i brought along our 18month old who also enjoyed it!More than the three of us probably would've been to cramped. Food in the resort was great. the people were great, The pools were great and the beach was a great spot!We will definitely would keep this on our "places for mom and dad to get away"!I didn't have a picture from inside the room (which i shoulda thought of), but i added a picture from the view at the one restaurant above the pool.

Location is nice, right on the beach. But the cleanliness is bad. The Grande Cayman Resort its self is very unclean and packed. You are constantly fighting your way through the halls walking through dirty laundry and trash in the halls. The room is somewhat isolated, but you have to walk through the whole hotel to get there. And the door to get to the beach is located right outside the room door and so everytime someone is leaving you hear it all night long. It took us over 30mins to get into our room because every long 10 digit code that was given to us wouldn’t work. And then we get into our room and we are greated with bugs all over the floor and in the bathroom and bath tub. First thing I had to do was clean the floor which there was a broom and dust pan to do that. Throughout our stay I had to clean the bugs; spiders and roaches, off the floor. There was both dead and alive bugs. It made the stay very uncomfortable. We were glad that we were gone for most of the day and only at the room at night so we didn’t have to feel grossed out.

Growing up on the west coast both my wife and I love to explore and vacation at unique beach properties and relax. The golden mile in SC is a place where we can relax and enjoy ourselves. It feels like we are in a tropical paradise when we are there but also very much at home in our ideally located condo that is so close to the Ocean.

Why they chose this property

We really enjoy the ocean sounds outside the patio, but the resort’s Due South Restaurant is a place I frequent as much as the beach. Top restaurants in walking distance are are Jerusalem (middle eastern), Santorini Greek Kuzina and Crave Italian. The resort management also makes great effort to ensure the grounds are maintained, safe and secure. These are only a couple reasons why it’s such a popular resort for couples , remote workers and families.

What makes this property unique

The unique feature of this property is that it’s a corner unit, on the ground floor, steps from the Ocean and pools--about 100 feet from the Atlantic Ocean. It a much quieter than many of the other units over the pool or street side according to other guests we’ve met on our stays here.
Our condo has a couple of ways to get to the beach or pools quickly. I also like the high railings on our patio that give an added layer of security and safety when we have children staying.
