Housekeeping will of strip beds. Please place soiled towels in the bathtub, place any rearranged furniture back to their original spots, make sure outside is tidy.
Set window unit in the 2nd bedroom (full bed) to 76 on cool in the warmer months and 67 on heat in the cooler months. Please use the efficiency setting. Leave the other 2 units off and unplug them.
Unplug microwave, tv, small kitchen appliances. Leave front porch light off as the string lights are on an automated timer and will provide good lighting. Please let me know if they are not working

I grew up in the W. Columbia/ Cayce area. In my late 30’s, I moved to Charleston, SC and am currently still living there. I have a big family in Columbia so I have this cottage for my use when I came to visit everyone. Since my family has grown smaller, I don’t use it as much so I am able to share it with others.
I am still a Columbia girl at heart and get back occasionally, but not as often as I would like as I have many rentals in Charleston that keep me very, very busy. I’ve owned this little cottage for years and have a soft spot my heart for because it is truly a great escape from all of the hustle and bustle. I now come to relax most of all! And when I want to step out, I’m close to everyone and everything that I want to do. It's very convenient to everything I need to do in the Columbia Metropolitan area.

Why they chose this property
I wanted a property close to my family, but yet close to the downtown area where I was working at the time. I didn’t want anything too large so this little cottage was just right.
What makes this property unique
A big backyard that offers much privacy. You have the feel of being out of the city but you’re still so close to schools hospitals, the Cayce actively still up and coming business district (which is so cool) and downtown Columbia.
