Enjoy a fenced front yard and a private backyard surrounded by pines. Inside, the warm living room features a native rock fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches make relaxing easy. Outside, unwind around the fire pit, dine at the picnic table, or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Big Bear Snow Play is just 1 mile away from the cabin. 5 minutes drive to Big Bear Lake.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If the bbq grill was used, please clean it and turn off the propane tank.
If the fireplace was used, the remaining ash must be collected and dumped in the ash can (placed in the front door).
There will be a minimum charge of $25 if any of the check-out items is ignored and resulting in extra cleaning efforts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes
PLEASE refer to "House Manual" for spa instructions before using the spa.
Any damage or extra cleanup of blood, vomit or other fluids will be charged separately.
