Our families had a wonderful holiday weekend (ages 10-48). The home is well organized and felt like our home the minute we walked in. The location on the lake made activities for all easy. Safe, clean, beautiful!!

Host was very helpful and house was beautiful! Houses location is perfect. Water front with boat ramp next door. Very nice fishing pier at boat ramp with a walk through gate between property. Grandkids were able to fish and swim right there at the house. We brought boat and jetski and enjoyed Lake Livingston. Perfect location for riding to Pine Island. Grandkids and I had a blast. Will definitely rent again! Amazing sunsets

We had a terrible experience with the owner. It took us 3 hours to contact this owner and we couldn't get into the house until 10:30 pm. The A/C was never really working it was about 80 degrees in the house. There was also clear closing instructions. The actual property and lake was really nice but bad on the owners part.

We certainly apologize to this guest, but it was the fault of VRBO communications as we had been trying to get through to them for over a week because we were not getting messages and notifications of the bookings. We were not aware they were arriving or getting their messages, it took multiple calls and hours on the phone both before and after their stay able to speak with VRBO employees with difficult accents to understand. If VRBO can’t do any better we will cancel this service and try a company that gives us immediate messages so that we can service the clients as needed. Highly recommend the guest and again, although it was out of our control, we certainly apologize for the experience that was less than what they deserved because of the VRBO lack of communications in notifications of bookings.
