“On the Sands” is an upscale, beautifully decorated, and newly furnished GULF FRONT Home, it offers you the space and amenities you need to enjoy the World's Most Beautiful Emerald Coastal Beaches.
Make your magical memories at our luxury three level beach paradise. Guests will be able to spread out and enjoy in our 2-gulf front living room area with spacious sectionals and gulf facing decks on 2 levels.
The layout includes: Ground floor has King Bedroom with ensuite bath, spacious living room with sectional with queen mattress, and twin bunk beds. This living room with its own half bath is a private hang out for children, teenagers and young adults with plenty of board games, puzzles and beach toys. Step out of the living area onto lower-level deck breath taking views of the gulf with entrance to the sands is furnished with comfortable seating and storage bin with needed beach toys, and chairs.
Fully stocked kitchen, dining area and the living room with a sectional and full bed have an amazing ocean view. Laundry and a powder room are on this level as well. Step out of the living area onto upper-level deck to an amazing gulf view.
Second floor has the master bedroom with beautiful gulf view, ensuite bath, mini bar area. Bedrooms 2&3 share a bathroom and are on this level as well. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen Roku TV's. Entire unit has been newly renovated and furnished.
Private and secluded with palm trees, you begin to feel like you are on your own private island, and gulf frontage make this home priceless and unusual. If you are looking for a wonderful home on an expansive stretch of beautiful beach, this is the home for you and your family.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Family Vacation

The property was exactly as described and in an excellent location. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return. Property management was easy to work with and very responsive to communication.

Overall vacation was very nice, except occupancy neighbor who lives beside this rental was drunk multiple times within the stay using foul language and smashing things disturbing the peace. Also the grill did not function properly as well as the range oven in the kitchen did not work. So our only options where take out, crockpot or stove top.

Gorgeous beachfront townhouse

The location is perfect. A grocery store is literally right across the street. There was 13 of us that were able to vacation together this year. It's accommodated is well. We've always stayed in condos

Family thanksgiving vacation

Overall it was a very nice stay everyone had a wonderful time and plenty of room. Some things in the house need to be updated and the downstairs needs the trees trimmed up because you really couldn’t use the covered patio downstairs and there needs stairs access from the second floor not where people sleep.

Right on the beach

This worked out perfectly for us since it was right on the beach. There were a couple of people in our group with mobility issues and we could hang out on the deck to enjoy the ocean while those who were able could go right out to the beach. If we had taken advantage of the full capacity of the home with extended family as we had initially planned, privacy would have been an issue as there are 4 rooms that can each sleep 2 and the other sleeping spots are all in the living/family rooms. But worked out great for us and we were very pleased.

Perfect location for Ironman PCB

My husband and I booked the townhouse for his first ever Ironman. Loved the location… on the beach and toward the end of the bike route so it was ideal! More than enough space. Easy access to beach and the property management company was very prompt and responsive. Parking is pretty tight. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay and he completed the Ironman in his goal time so it was a successful visit!

Lovely Beach Front

This was my first time using VRBO so I was a little nervous. The property was exceptional. Location was perfect for our family we had plenty of room. I would stay at this location again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a great place!!!

Loved it!

We loved the property! It had plenty of room and beds for our 12 family members to spread out on 3 floors. The staircases were nice and wide! We loved how close it was to the beach. The only negative would be that it had only two parking spots, other than that it was a great relaxing place to stay!

The townhome was perfect for our family vacation of 13 people. Age range from 3 to 65. Perfect for beach front access and great rental rate price. Convenient to Winn Dixie across the street. Parking is limited onsite, recommend car pooling, but there is a parking garage not far. Close to many local restaurants, good food. Overall, plan to rent again in future!!

My 15month granddaughters feet were black every time she walked with no shoes on . The first floor was very musty spelling as soon as you started coming down the steps the odor hit you! It was a good unit as far as the distance to the ocean and the views!

Fantastic Beach House Great Location Needs more kitchen towels, only one Towel bar fell off the wall cut my husbands toe in downstairs bathroom No soap in shower to start with plenty of soap by sinks Strong mildew odor despite dehumidifiers in closets took several washings to get smell out of clothes after returning home. Never had that happen before

Vacation 2023

House was at a great location with awesome beach access. The house comfortably fit a family trip of 12 people. Parking was not the greatest. Especially if someone parked in your designated parking spot (which happened quite frequently). There were some minor issues with things that needed fixed when we had arrived. The door handle in the lowest level stepping onto the porch pulled right off. The refrigerator/freezer quit working on the second day of our stay. We reached out to our contact both on the phone and via the app and they said they would look into it. They never did. Thank goodness we had coolers to put our newly bought groceries in. the refrigerator/freezer started working again later that week. We just were too afraid it would quit again so we kept our things in the coolers.The kitchen was missing some very essential appliances like a coffee pot, mixing bowls, baking dishes. We reached out for that as well, but ended up buying our own. They did eventually bring a coffee pot and cookware. Communication was very poor. They would either say, “I’ll look into that.” Or not respond at all. Personally, I would not stay here again. But I will not discount the amazing time we had while we were on the beach. The location was definitely the highlight of the trip.

July 4 vacation

Communication and location are outstanding. My family and I spent the 4th of July holiday at this townhouse. The place is a bit dated but is spacious and served our needs.Beach is a few steps away and grocer store is walking distance as well.I recommend this townhouse for larger groups and families.

Best view and easiest access to the beach

When we arrived there was some damage we reported and got a response very quickly. Cleanliness? Not so great we found a lot of clothes, trash and A LOT of dirt under beds and couches. And some trash cans weren't emptied. The dumpster bin was over flowing as well as the neighbors. .

Good location, listing is not 4BR/4Ba; 3 full and 2 half; 4 beds, 2 twins; no garbage disposal, too many light switches and you do not know which one works what; one bed with no mattress pad on it, and the mattress was horribly stained! Two dining room chairs need to be replaced! Cookware can be updated; a time that the trash gets picked up could be listed as well website just states Tuesdays and Fridays

Great location! You can’t beat it.Poor response to problems in the house; like back door had no handles, ac leak, dishwasher broken.Also had a lack of kitchen supplies, we went out and bought knives and forks.

Panama City Beach - quiet getaway on the beach

Great place for large groups as it has separate sleeping quarters; several bedrooms on the 3rd level one with a king sized bed and bedroom with king sized bed and bunkbeds downstairs. Deck off the lower level with access to the beach just steps away. and a deck off the 2nd floor where there is a dinning room, kitchen and bathroom and a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and they have a dishwasher. Neighbors are great and very helpful.

Beautiful View and perfect location

The Townhouse was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to give 5 stars all around the only issue we had was cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets, one bed and one of the bathrooms. We just washed all the dishes before using and cleaned the cabinets before putting the dishes back in the cabinets. Other than those nasty creatures everything else was perfect!

Friend Vacation

This was a great place to stay with my family and friends. We had a total of 10 people staying. Plenty of space for all of us. Having two living spaces really was great. The kids used the downstairs living area and the adults used the upstairs one. It was great stay somewhere so close to the beach. Just a few footsteps away. We plan on coming back next year.
