Strip bed of linens, bed covers and towels and place them in the bathtub.
Turn off lights, leave keys on breakfast bar. Lock all doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I am a visual artist and I keep busy painting with acrylics, volunteering, and getting involved in the arts. (PLEASE NOTE: Please disregard all paintings in these photos - decor changed.) We very much enjoy meeting our travelers and we make sure you are comfortable. Our complex requires a minimum stay of 30 days.

We wanted to be near a casino, and close to a hotel so that our friends and relatives could book rooms and be close to us when they come to visit - this condo is in the perfect location for that! I mean, doesn't everyone ❤️ Palm Springs?!
