Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is any time before 11:00 AM. If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Before checking out, kindly make sure the space is left tidy and that all trash is properly disposed of.
Please place all trash in the green bin located at the front left side of the building. Please place all used dishes (just dishes, no cooking pots) in the dishwasher and run a cycle before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking is allowed inside the condominium. A $200 fine will be charged for any violations. You’re welcome to smoke outside in designated areas.
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We ask that you respect the quiet and comfort of our neighbors.
Please dispose of all trash in the green bin located at the front left side of the building. We appreciate your help in keeping the property clean.
