Inside, you'll find spacious living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests, and a bonus second living room downstairs for added flexibility.

Outside, enjoy the private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ grill, and sweeping views of the mountains and countryside. The included guesthouse (ADU) offers added privacy with its own king bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and lounge area.

A car is strongly recommended for your stay at The Hood View Estate. The property is located on a quiet residential road with plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, including trailers or team vans.

While you're just minutes from Gresham, Troutdale, and local shops, rideshare availability may be limited — especially in the evenings or early mornings. If you're visiting in winter, be sure to check mountain road conditions and carry traction devices when heading toward Mt. Hood.

The detached guesthouse included in your stay is fully furnished with a king bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen.
**Trash and recycling bins are located at the end of the driveway near the street.
If you'd prefer not to carry bags by hand, you're welcome to use the black Gorilla Cart located alongside the house to roll bags down to the end of the driveway. Please return it after use.
