Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- 11:00AM check-out.
- Place ALLdirty towels and sheets in provided Black Laundry Bag. Please do not remove or try to remove the mattress cover
- Leave Black Laundry Bag inside unit.
- Throw ALL leftovers from fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in trash bag, put in outside dumpster (front northside of parking lot).
- Wash dirty dishes
- Leave AC to 72 Degrees.
- Leave parking pass and amenity key on kitchen table.
- Lost/damaged Key or parking pass will result in $50 fine per key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
