Beautiful View of the Atlantic Ocean from your balcony

Studio that sleeps up to 4 guests,their is a queen size pillow top mattress,and a double size sofa sleeper.Kitchen is equipped with all the pots,pans,dishes,glasses,and silverware you'll need full size frig with ice maker,toaster,and coffee maker.Curtains that block out 100% of the light,and a 50' flat screen tv,and free wireless internet.The bath has a large walk in shower with plenty of towels,and wash rags.The view is beautiful from your private balcony your facing due east right into the atlantic ocean,and the beach just a few feet away.You can hear the surf as it washes in.Out side the room their is plenty to do,an Olympic size pool with plenty of lounge chairss,and we've got a heated pool when the weather turns a little cool.On the pool deck their is the tiki bar,and you can get some good burgers.On the weekend theirs a band that plays overlooking the pool.In the lobby their are a lot of games so bring your quarters,and a nice gift shop where you can get your last minute souvenirs.Free large parking lot for our quests.

Poor communication with the owner. Had major lighting issues when we arrived. Took the owner oved 24 hours to reapond. No light bulbs in fixture. We went and bought light bulbs so we could see at night. Air conditioner barley worked. Advertised King size bed, the bed was queen size. Won't stay there again.

We loved the condo with a spectacular view of the ocean! It was clean and spacious. The pool area was great when we took a break from the ocean. Definitely a great spot to consider!

The building needs some updating but the condo itself has been upgraded nicely. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. The owner was attentive and responsive. Lastly, the view of the ocean was more amazing than I imagined!

Repair needed

The shower door would not slide easily so that I could get into the shower. It was off track or something. I had a hard time sliding it enough for me to get in and out of the shower. It either needs fixing or replacing.

Unit had non-operating overhead light and commode runs 80% of the time. Listing advertised a laundry and restaurant —both were in remodel stage and not available. Shower door needs fixing. It was a very clean unit but dated. Host quit responding to my concerns.

INCREDIBLE Host & FABULOUS Stay!

The property was exactly as it was described in the listing. It was the perfect size for the two of us with all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay! The host, David, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. As for the property, Hawaiian Inn, they were making noticeable improvements / upgrades during our stay. We would DEFINITELY stay as David’s guests for future visits to the area!

Daytona DAZE

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as advertised. We had all the comforts of home, if we had wanted to cook, but we did not, 20th anniversary trip with no kids, so took advantage and ate out. The hotel itself is just as crappy as usual, the VRBO rooms are the only thing that keeps bringing us back. I had a horrible accident on our last day, but had nothing to do with this room, just the hotels negligence. I would recommend this VRBO room highly. The owner is also super kind and helpful.

Breathtaking

What an amazing stay!! The hotel is a little rough around the egdes, but the ROOM, its like a totally different environment. Ask for more towels and tp and the owner without question brought it right over. Loved having access to the back door, takes you right to the beach. We saw dolphins from the balcony and it was amazing!! Within walking distance from pretty much everything you could need or want. When we come back next year, this will be the first place i look at to rent. Loved it!!

Didn’t have wifi or hot water to shower

So it started with no wifi and I needed as I was booked for 3 weeks to work on vacation as well. And it says pool and and indoor pool .I talked to the host and he said that both pools were full prier to us coming and the outdoor pool still has a fence around it and the indoor pool isn’t even close to opening. Then there was no hot water to shower so for the 2 weeks we showered in cold water . So we left a week earlier only compensation was paid back for the week that we left early. Should’ve been cheaper for what we had to endure on our 2 week stay. Sad I do believe it was beyond David’s control though but should stay no pools Raylene

Great place Love the location and the beach is beautiful, The pools were all closed along with Tiki bar and restaurant! Also luau was not operational but was told all will open soon after we leave hummm lol! Maybe next year since we will be back!!!!

Snowbirds

We spent three weeks in a studio. Location, location, location, is what it is all about for us. Being right at the beach with the awesome ocean views was amazing. We even saw dolphins right from our room on a few occasions. The studio had all the things we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was not reopened yet due to repairs from the hurricane but with the ocean right there it didn’t matter to us. Our host was amazing. He responded quickly to us every time we had a question and was super nice.

Great stay

This condo is exactly as advertised! We enjoyed our stay very much! Even with the pool being out, it was still an amazing stay with a quick walk to the beach. The phone service was not very good in the condo, but still able to receive notifications. The owner was very nice and very easy to get in touch with! Would definitely stay again!
