This is a great unit! Brand new with everything you could need. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The only down side is that the thermostat is in the front of the house where the real estate office is and not accessible. So you need to let the host know what temperature you want it set at which is inconvenient but not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again
