Our home sits right by Bear Lake, near the end of the best sandy beach on the lake. No mud, no need to drive. Just stroll 200 feet down a private sandy lane for easy lake access. While one small house sits between us and the beach, you’ll enjoy lovely lake views from the upstairs and deck.

Your family can come and go with ease, some heading to the beach at sunrise, others chatting or cooking breakfast in our fully stocked kitchen. Outdoors, relax on the sun-soaked deck, nap in your hammocks on the shady patio, or play on the spacious lawn with cornhole, horseshoes, and frisbees. Evenings are perfect for fire pit chats or stargazing in the camp chairs.

Inside, you’ll find a foosball table, a new 65” smart TV for movie nights with our or your streaming services, and fast fiber-optic WiFi. And just like Grandma’s, we’ve got shelves of classic games and books to keep everyone entertained.

Dining is easy, too, with plenty of space: a patio table for 12, a café table for 4, and indoor seating for 12 more.

This house is two miles from the bustle of Garden City. You're far from the traffic, but still in easy milk shake range. The bike and walking path runs along Bear Lake Boulevard, right past our place. It stretches from Ideal Beach all the way to the state marina, north of town. You can bike into town for a shake, or walk to Pickleville Playhouse for a fun live musical.

Our family's been coming to Bear Lake for thirty years. In addition to the fun at the lake and the activities in town we will often hike Limber Pines trail, or drive north to Bloomington Lake, Paris Springs or Paris Ice Caves. And a day at Lava Hot Springs or Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is always fun.

We offer beds for 19, but if you have some extra kids and they're fine with a couch and sleeping bag, contact us and we may increase the occupancy limit for you so little Kevin doesn't have to stay home alone. If you have friends or family staying somewhere else, but want to get together for the day at our place or use our private beach access, contact us to make an arrangement. Otherwise, occupancy and access is strictly for the people in your booking.

Brand new central air conditioning! Plus room air conditioner in the west bedroom, as well as lots of fans, and lots of openable windows and doors with screens.

The whole house is available for you, via keyless entry, as is the whole yard and parking area. The large garage is not available to guests this year.
