The Space:

This beautiful, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home was completed in April 2025 and is located in the quiet, centrally located Crenshaw Beach subdivision. You will love the furnished outdoor space and the sound of the waves as you relax with the Gulf in view!



The expansive open living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of comfortable seating for the family. The home offers high speed internet for your devices, as well. The fully stocked kitchen has both Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, as well as a large island.



With over 2400 square feet, Captain Sparrows Parley sleeps fourteen comfortably. Three primary suites feature king beds with ensuite bathrooms and televisions, while the fourth bedroom has four queens with ensuite bath and television.



Outside you will find both covered and uncovered deck space. Make great family memories on the entertainment deck, with a bar, cornhole boards, and lots of seating. There is also a charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area! The outdoor shower is perfect after a day spent playing in the sun, sand, and surf.



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice but the neighbor ruined the experience. Left fish outside rotting on the side of the house. Played Extremely Loud Music up until midnight.
