I can’t say enough good about our host , she is amazing . Any thing we needed she was on it and communicated so well to us . This place is amazing . I wish we could book for next year but it is already booked . The neighbor has burrowing owls that are so fun to look at . Wonderful neighbor hood . So close to many music and eating establishment. Back yard is private. Kitchen and grilling well supplied for our needs . Appliances wonderful!!

This house could easily be a 5 star if communication with the host was better. First the house is beautiful and the pool is inclosed and amazing. It's a great neighborhood and close to many things.We showed up the first night later in the evening and the fridge wasn't making water or ice. I messaged the host the next morning asking a few questions. The pool light didn't work, the fans on the back patio werent working also.The response I received back was sorry for the circumstances. I waited a couple hours and messaged again asking if she could please answer my questions.She did send out a handy man that day and the next to fix a couple problems. The handyman was great and was able to fix two of the issues. We weren't able to enjoy the back patio for the first two days because it was so hot and the fans didn't work. We had to purchase our own ice and two packs of batteries to get remotes working. I felt as if I was inconvenienceing the host with any questions.
