This cabin is surrounded by nature and breathtaking views of hills and valleys. Secluded and quiet with a forest in the back and wide pastures in the front with deer and turkey grazing. Great hub for skiing or hiking. Belleayre is 20 mins away! Visit the quaint towns near-by with cafes, restaurants, shops, Margaretville & Bovina are only 10 minutes away. The inside is stylish, fully updated with lots of comfort and modern amenities and wood stove. Enjoy the large deck, Solo fire pit, grill.

The cabin is all on one floor with a large front deck, offering 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another full bath in the hallway, large living room with wood burning stove, foosball table, flatscreen smart TV, sofa bed with queen sized pull-out, fully supplied kitchen, dining area, laundry room, the deck has comfortable seating for 6, two outdoor fire spots and a viewing deck with amazing views.
When you visit the cabin you will a have chance to kick back and relax or to explore the fun little towns with charming cafes, bars and breweries, antique shops, restaurants. You can go kayaking, hiking on marked trails, trout fish or cool off in a watering hole or in Belleayre beach, go golfing, check out art galleries and small shops. At the cabin you will have a detailed list of recommendations with best places such as Pakatakan Farmer`s Market a must see on Saturday and much more.
The cabin has a short sloppy driveway, all wheel drive vehicle is recommended when it rains/snows. As an alternative, you could leave your vehicle at the bottom and simply walk up. It is only 1-2 min walk.

Other things to note: You are staying in a cabin not in a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is on site 24/7.

Due to the forest setting, bugs and critters cannot be fully prevented from entering the cabin although we make every effort with monthly insect and pest control services. Please keep all food stuff in sealed containers or in the fridge. Do not leave windows/doors without screens open for long periods.

It is the Catskills Mountains with beautiful mountains and scenic views all year around. You will be charmed by the sheer magnificence and beauty of the whole area. Quaint towns are nearby with stores, cafes and even a gym with pool. It is the perfect location to refresh and just get away for all ages.

You will need a car. In the winter 4WD is advised.

There are two security cameras, one at the front and one at back door.
The price changes depending on the number of guests. Please be sure to indicate the correct number of guests.
No smoking inside. No parties, gatherings, and functions. No tampering with the door camera. Only the number of guests indicated on reservation are allowed on the premise for the duration of the stay.
