Beach house in quiet neighborhood, but near all of the action! sleeps 10 - 12

Enjoy your time at the beach in a wonderful location that is an easy walk to everything Dewey has to offer! There is off-street parking for 6 cars, so all of your guests can easily park for the week while you enjoy your time at the Delaware Beaches. Our house is 3 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from the bay, and 2 blocks from a Jolly Trolley stop for a quick ride into downtown Rehoboth Beach or throughout Dewey Beach.

Our family beach house is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just north of Dewey Beach. It's a short walk into town to grab a meal, hear your favorite band, or enjoy your beverage of choice. Then, return to the quiet house for relaxation and recharging.

On the first floor of this fully air-conditioned home, you will find 4 restful bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 people, along with 2.5 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser, a spacious closet, private access to the full bathroom, and a ceiling fan. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are in the rear of the house. One room has a king bed and the other a queen, while both rooms have dressers, ceiling fans and spacious closets for your comfort and convenience. These 2 bedrooms share a hallway full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The 4th bedroom has 2 bunk beds with trundles (all are twin beds) that can sleep up to 6 comfortably. It also has an attached half bathroom, ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet that holds an assortment of games and puzzles for your enjoyment. PLEASE NOTE: sheets and towels are NOT provided.

To wash off after a long, fun-filled day on the beach, a private outdoor shower and changing area is located on the side of the house and can be easily accessed from a side door.

The kitchen and main living spaces are conveniently combined into an airy great room on the 2nd floor. Choose between any of the 2 couches or bachelor's chair while you kick back and enjoy the HD flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth Bose sound system for your music enjoyment. Or have a seat at the kitchen counter on any of the 5 bar stools and always be within reach of a nice cold drink.

The kitchen includes all of the conveniences of home: a brand new refrigerator with ice maker (2024), microwave, stove, dishwasher, disposal, and wine cooler. The numerous cooking utensils include dinnerware, barware, blender, toaster, coffee maker with option for coffee pods, crock pot, etc. With the open-concept great room, the cooks will be in the middle of the action instead of missing out on all of the fun!

Double sliding doors open to a large, newly renovated deck with a dining table, lounge chairs, and a gas grill. Finally, there is a screened-in porch on the 1st floor, accessible from sliding glass doors in the two back bedrooms as well as a side door. This is where you will find beach chairs, a wagon, and beach toys for your enjoyment!

THINGS TO KNOW: Prices are set for traditional, 7 night, Saturday-to-Saturday rentals in the summer. We may be able to accommodate fewer than 7 nights, but additional fees may be added to your quote to cover the additional costs associated with more than one group per week. 2. This property does not offer cable services, but has access to most streaming apps. You must use your own logins for streaming! You are also responsible for logging out at the end of your stay!
