Keyless entry and linens are included for your convenience. From 7/5-9/6, rentals are Saturday-Saturday.
There are no pets or smoking allowed. Per HOA, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

Place used bed sheets and towels in the provided linen bag; leave the bag in the foyer.
Return the pool key to the hook on the mirror near the entrance table in the foyer.
Set the thermostat to 75 degrees. Close all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
