Please leave gate key in the condo when you check out as they cost money to replace. If the key is lost or taken, you will be charged a fee of $100

I love the beach and the majestic ocean. So this location is a dream come true for me. I am from New York so love being at the beach and away from the cold and snow that consumes NY in the winter. There is so much to see and do here that it never gets old!

This is a gated community so provides safety and security for my family. There are a lot of amenities to enjoy when staying here, from fishing, to basketball, swimming, and pickleball.

What makes this property unique

It’s on the Intracoastal Waterway providing scenic views, peace, and tranquillity. If you prefer to be busy there is a dock for fishing, many activities to do on premises like basketball, pickleball, and swimming. Or you could pick a different restaurant or golf course each night to enjoy while here.
