Glassed-in lanai for lounging and a dining area on the patio with a grill. Plethora of pools, rec centers, & CHAMPIONSHIP/EXECUTIVE GOLFING. Live where any mood is satisfied!
No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
GOLF CART DETAILS: - Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $125 at the time of booking. - The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Golf cart key will be provided upon submission. - Guest is responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the golf cart, others, or property of others, including any monetary damages incurred during their use. - We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. A replacement golf cart will not be provided if there are mechanical issues that prevent usage.

Excellent house - clean, neat, plenty of room for us, very well stocked kitchen for cooking for two orfour people. We walked to the Odell Rec Center, which was very convenient. Thenext time we want to rent a house in The Billages, we will search for this house.

Excellent house in a central location
This was my second rental of this house. It is everything my wife and I need in a rental. It is close to Odell and Coconut Cove recreation centers. Therefore it is close to many activities. The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils that we needed for cooking and eating meals in the house. We would rent this house again when we go to The Villages.
Nice home. Lots of space. Nice screened porch and patio. Quiet neighborhood. Cart was great. Major concern was a dirty floor and less than clean hall bathroom. Host responded quickly to one issue.
