Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #903 is a very spacious newly remodeled two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 9th floor of the Breakers East on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30' balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary high-speed Cox cable internet access-WIFI.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Spectacular ocean views and easy access to the beach. Condo was spottless and the beds were very comfortable. Balcony was great for early morning coffee or a late night totty. We highly recommend and plan on staying again.

We spent 6 days and had an amazing time. The condo had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable, plenty of linens. The beach was perfect! Not crowded at all and the beach service was awesome! We met wonderful people as well. Everyone was relaxed and so laid back.I also just to mention how wonderful the property manager Carolyn was. She made our stay even better! She was very responsive from the time we booked and throughout our stay. We would definitely love to stay again!

Love this condo. Beautiful decor. It was fully stocked on everything we needed and more. We’ve stayed at the Breakers for years but this is by far our favorite condo! The staff was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Will definitely be back!

Great stay - power went out multiple times which caused elevator not to work - we had to make several trips via stairs which was not good - Had pickleball/ tennis on property. Close to everything . Beach was great!

Beautiful condo in Destin

Beautifully renovated condo! Communication will property manager was excellent and very helpful. Condo was well furnished. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins swim. Will use again for sure!!
