Perfect little house

We had my sons wedding and needed a place where my family could stay with their dog. This house fit the bill. It was close to Newport and was very clean. My family had a great experience and would definitely pick this house again for the next trip.

Great Weekend Getaway!

My college friends and I had a great stay at this property! Enough space for 8 adults, house was spotless when we got there, and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend for a group who wants to explore Newport!

Great Newport Getaway

Our family really enjoyed the "Kathleen" house. It was in a good location for a family wedding in Newport (about 10 minutes to the wharf area). The house was newly renovated and clean with enough room for 8 adults. The kitchen had everything you could need and the house had tons of extra towels and blankets. The backyard is huge with a playlet for kids and even a zip line! The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for a family! Back yard activities to keep the kids busy during down time. Excellent location close to anything you could need and all the local attractions! Property was clean and everything was easy to use. Will def be booking again!

This property exceeded our expectations! The renovations are adorable; plenty of room & such a beachy feel! If you have little kids the back yard is a lot of fun! Easy, quick access to beaches, restaurants & shopping!
